Description

The Akyapak AS90 Pyramid Roll machine (2020) is a robust sheet metal forming machine designed to form pre-curves, “pyramidal” folds or profiles in sheet material prior to final bending or folding. With a 1,200 mm working width and capacity to handle 2.0 mm mild steel, it is well suited for ducting, architectural panel forming, cladding, and structural sheet work operations.
The step-height roll (pyramid) configuration enables gradual preforming of sheet metal, reducing stress and distortion when bends or folds are subsequently applied. The hardened roll surfaces ensure durability under sustained use, and the rigid welded frame provides consistent accuracy and alignment.
